Shipping and Delivery
Once we receive your order, it will be processed and ready to be shipped on the same day. Most of the orders are shipped on the same day. However, depending on the delivery location your orders can take about 3-8 working days from the date of ordering to reach you.
Delivery time is also subjective to delays arising out of bad weather conditions, strikes or any other unexpected delay from our courier and travel partners.
Your shipping cost are subject to the cost of the purchase being made, the destination address and the type of shipping being chosen. We ship our products only through reliable shipping partners to ensure that it reaches you in the quickest possible time and in the best condition.
In case if you need to modify the shipping address once after order is placed please get in touch with us before order is shipped from our side. Once order is dispatched, we will not be able to change the shipping address.
Currently we ship the orders only in INDIA. Orders placed from outside of INDIA will be cancelled automatically and refund will be processed (if any).
Sometimes delivery exceptions may occur, and it may take more than 8 days to deliver your order. Once the order is shipped from our side, we don’t have much control over it. The Real Farmers will not be responsible for any such delays in delivery of your order. We can do our best to expedite the delivery process in case of delays but cannot guarantee the exact date of delivery.
If order is not delivered due to the reasons like incorrect address, incorrect postal code, customer not available, refused to take delivery then total shipping charges (both ways – forward and return) will be deducted from the refund amount. Full refund will not be given any such cases.
If the order is lost during transit, we will send the fresh order and customer need to wait in meanwhile. In case if customer doesn’t want to get order in case of lost shipment, we can refund the money on request.
Customer must not accept damaged parcel in any case. While taking the delivery of the order, please inspect the shipment if outer packaging is damaged or not. In case if you take the delivery of damaged shipment and if any items found lost inside the package, we will not be responsible for the same.
By placing the order and using our service, you are supposed to agree to these terms and conditions.
CANCELLATION BEFORE SHIPMENT:
Order once placed can only be cancelled within 4 hours from the placing the order, you can write to our customer support team therealfarmers.info@gmail.com or call us on +91-7400403945 In such cases, the order will be cancelled and the money will be refunded to you within 48-72 business hours after the cancellation request.
EXCHANGE POLICY:
We only exchange goods if they are defective, damaged or lost in transit. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us on therealfarmers.info@gmail.com or call us on +91-7400403945 with details of the product and the defect. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY:
At The Real Farmers, we do our best to ensure that you are completely satisfied with our products. And we are happy to issue a full refund based on the conditions listed below:
Full refund or exchange of a product bought on our website is possible if
- The product is damaged or there have been some breakages during transport
- The product has been received after its best before time has passed
Please note: Mode of refund may vary depending on circumstances. If the mode of refund is by Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking, please allow 10 to 14 working days for the credit to appear in your account. While we regret any inconvenience caused by this time frame, it is the bank’s policy that delays the refund timing and we have no control over that. If the mode of refund is by e-wallet, credit should be available within 24 hours.
During peak seasons please allow up to 15-18 business days for your return to process.
How to Request a Refund:
To request a refund, simply email us your order details, including the reason why you’re requesting a refund. We take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our quality of service.
